     Meet

     Corey

Hi there!

I’m Corey Parker, the founder of Sunny & Board Charcuterie.

Born and raised in Texas, I’m a proud wife to my high school sweetheart and a mama to two sweet babies. My journey in the food industry started at 16 as a small-town carhop, then as a waitress working two jobs to save for college.

Roots

I eventually ventured off to Texas State University (Eat Em Up!) and worked full-time at a restaurant in Gruene Hall. Through it all, I fell in love with the hustle, the energy, and most of all—the people.

How it

Started

Sunny & Board was born out of that love for meeting new people & bringing them together over good food! I believe there’s something special about sharing food—it connects us, nourishes us, and creates moments we remember. That’s why every charcuterie board, cup, or cart we create is designed with care, love, and a little sunshine.
